it is so much like secret garden because it employs allegories to the alice in wonderland. but in here it is more emphasized esp with the title. It also have characters like the mad hatter ( park) and the queen ( the sister in law designer) the frog, ( her supervisor ; the cheshchire cat ( the rich madame former classmate ) who showed her the way in the mad world of the rich

Geesh, i havent seen so stupid woman in ages like the Han Se Kyung is. Be happy that you got the job. Work hard and prove that you really can go up high. That jealousy and downthinking others is the worst things to do. Ohh others are so bad and i´m so pure and innocent.

Han Se Kyung is really dense.. she did not even realize that since they were in high school the other girl was already envious and resentful of her. And that her being hired was through the influence of that girl who had the intention of making her feel inferior and miserable. Does she really have to become like the other girl to get what she wants? I think Han Se Kyung just needs to have more confidence and become more aggressive.

Re Vitavits1 comment: I don't know Korean Law but as a general rule, marriage can be annulled or voided on valid grounds. In some jurisdictions, the annulment takes effect only from the time it was declared so by the court but there are cases and jurisdictions where the annulment goes back to the beginning and the marriage is treated as if it did not exist. If CSY and CSJ are both Korean citizens, the validity of their marriage although celebrated in France should be decided by Korean Laws.

I watched again the 2 episodes and reviewed the English subtitles. Regarding the marriage it says that it was unofficial what does that mean? Is there such a thing as an unofficial marriage in France? Did she just dress up ad pose for a photo infront of the church? I know that catholic marriages are very strict and very hard to annul. Is the situation here similar to other Kdramas such as "Mary Stayed Out All Night" wherein the girl in order to avoid getting into an arranged marriage, fakes one by having photos of her and the supposed groom in wedding clothes with their friends taken at a photo studio while unknown to her father applies for a marriage license for her and the other groom and registers it with the government agency concerned (this one being legal, that they had to divorce).

In another drama "Secret Garden" the main characters never had a wedding ceremony nor photos since the mother did not approve of them getting married. But they just went to the government office concerned where they filled up i guess the marriage license and signed it. This was also signed by the two witnesses and registered (filed it). After that the girl showed a copy of the marriage contract/license to her friends showing off that she is now married.

I finally found the answer. They are common-law husband and wife. They are not legally married (meaning marriage is not registered) but have the same rights and obligations as a legal one (in most countries).

In Dramawiki and Asianwiki the main cast listed are: Moon Geung Young (Han Se Kyung), Park Si Hoo (Cha Seung Jo), So E-hyun (Seo Yoon Jo) and Kim Ji Suk (Tommy Hong) the last character has not appeared yet in the first 2 episodes.

Very nice drama really refreshing and funny...i like the main characters Han Se Kyung (so serious about life) and Cha Seung Jo (he is a funny crazy guy) they will really be a perfect match in this drama.I can't wait for the next episodes. I just have questions: (1) Is the classmate who is married to the CEO of GN Fashion also married to Cha Seung Jo? (English subtitle) If yes, is she not guilty of adultery. Therefore, her present marriage would be null and void. (2) in the plot summary, it says that Han Se Kyung becomes the daughter-in-law of a Cheongdamdong family.... if Cha Seung Jo is married and not divorced then can Han Se Keung and Cha Seung Jo get married? or are they going to have a fake marriage? seems unfair to the girl (Se Kyung) if this is the case. or is she marrying another guy from a Cheondamdong family?

You got a good legal Q Vitavits1. If CSY and GN Fashion madam (CSJ) have been previously legally married, neither can legally marry the second time without first getting a divorce. Note the word "LEGALLY." There are exceptions why a marriage can be voided. The devil is in the details. Let's see how the writer will craft the script to make this drama entertaining.

I hope the writer writes it with a nice twist that will make the viewers smile instead of cry. And still based on facts even though the story is fiction. I hope that the writer does it without the lead actress being put in an awkward position and unfairly treated. I have had enough of those dramas that only have injustices done to the characters that it leaves you with such a heavy heart that you feel like your suffocating and helpless. Very bad for one's health.
